There's a chance that you're not 100% certain about the item you have chosen. In that case, we're happy to exchange it for a different size or colour, but unfortunately, we can't exchange it for a different style. Please contact us in advance we can send you instructions and a form for exchanging your item.
We're sorry to hear that you want to return your purchase. We don't normally accept returns, unless the item has arrived faulty or damaged. If you really really want to return to us, please contact us. We will do our best to sort you out! In case we do agree to accept the return, please note that - because we are just a small starting business and we haven't standardised our returns processes yet - return shipping will be paid by you.
Incase the item has arrived faulty or damaged, we expect you to return the item to us within 7 days of receipt (our cashmere is precious so we want to make sure they're always in safe hands!). Our refund will then be processed within approximately 5 business day after we receive your return. You will receive it in the original form of payment. Unfortunately, we don’t refund duties, taxes or shipping charges unless we have shipped you a faulty item. You will be notified via email when the refund has taken place. Just keep in mind that your bank may require additional days to process this transaction to your account.
Returns & Exchange Delivery Charges
Exchange and return delivery charges are payable by the customer, unless we have shipped you a faulty item. We do recommend that tracking is added to your return parcel at all times as it would be a shame if the parcel got lost in transit and we can’t refund you.
